Dr. Shalini Nair, born in Texas and raised in Alabama, pursued her love for wellness, healthcare and beauty by becoming a dentist. Inspired by her family dentist, a successful female business owner, Shalini earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Rutgers University. She opened her first practice in 2012 but sold it due to burnout from managing both the clinical and administrative aspects. After buying her second practice, she once again faced the challenges of management, especially during the 2020 pandemic.

Shalini wanted to transform the running of dental practices to reduce stress and improve efficiency. She utilized her experiences and envisioned a solution using technology and innovation. Based on Agile Lean Principles, she co-founded a cloud-based intelligent practice platform to automate daily workflows and provide actionable growth and business analytics. Her journey from Texas to Alabama, from a student to a dentist, and from an owner to an innovator, is a testament to her resilience and commitment to transforming the dentistry field.
